Refund policy

Refunds will only be issued if the product received and purchased was damaged upon arrival. We urge you as the customer to inspect your items thoroughly as soon as they arrive and to contact us immediately if defective in order to receive a refund or to make a return. In the case that you receive the wrong item we are happy to accept a return free of charge and we will send you the correct item you purchased.
